Biography

Chen Jun, female, the Han nationality, born in February 1967, Zhungeer Banner, Inner Mongolia. I am mainly devoted to the researches of the restoration of degraded natural grassland and the balance between grassland and livestock in the arid and semi-arid regions of northwest China as well as in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. I have hosted and participated in the research and demonstration of key technologies for safe and efficient use of forage grass in Tibet — study on the development of secondary metabolic products of Tibetan grassland plants, special project of technology system construction for modern agricultural industry of the Ministry of Agriculture — subjects such as stable production and sustainable use of key technologies in grassland. More than 60 papers including 20 SCI papers were published. And I am currently an expert reviewer of journals such as Chinese Journal of Applied Ecology, Acta Agrectir Sinica, Pratacultural Science and Agricultural Research in the Arid Areas, and a standing member of the Grassland Ecology Committee of the Chinese Grassland Society.
